Processing & Fulfillment
All Aerscape merchandise is made to order. Please allow time for production before shipment.
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–10 business days, depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take longer. Shipping timelines do not include production time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows vary by location, shipping method, and carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States: approximately 5–15 business days
International: varies by region and shipping method
Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or incorrect shipping information. Tracking details will be provided when available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or subject to additional shipping fees.
Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

Made-to-Order Products
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or refund. We review claims individually and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
When returns are approved, items must generally be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, or misuse may not be eligible for return or refund. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or local disruptions may fall outside our control.
